🔄 Our Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

✅ Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused and in the same condition as received
  • Items must be in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
  • Return request must be initiated within 30 days of delivery

❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Opened or used beauty/skincare products (for hygiene reasons)
  • Gift cards

📝 How to Return an Item

Step 1: Contact us at info@glacierglow.com with your order number and reason for return

Step 2: We'll provide you with return instructions and a return address

Step 3: Pack the item securely in its original packaging

Step 4: Ship the item back to us (return shipping costs may apply)

💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will:

  • Send you an email confirmation
  • Process your refund within 5-7 business days
  • Refund to your original payment method

Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error.

 

📦 Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@glacierglow.com with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
